[More]Yeah, the groundbreaking will be at cemeteries because those whose policies ensure predators among us are unable to clean up messes of their making and have decided there is no need for you who are paying for their "services" to know, to be on the lookout for, and to recognize deadly threats in your environment.
Not that the disarmament they impose allows anyone to do anything about it anyway.
