Flexibility commands a premium.
Tech is a football school. Couple of years back they upgraded their stadium to the tune of 160 million. Same year they cried that they needed to raise their tuition because they couldn't afford to pay their Teachers. Dance doesn't raise money. They'll fob this off to a "committee" and quietly forget about it.
