More likely she is crippled with TDS and it's chronic. In a sane world would lose her license for malpractice and put in a 72-hour hold.

Criticizing Salon's commentary is about as useful as criticizing Mad Magazine's. If they couldn't find a psychiatrist willing to violate her ethics, they'd just quote a psychic. None of their readers would notice.
