So a "Constitutional Attorney" is OK with a Supreme Court Justice who won't even say she disagrees with John Paul Stevens on 2A not being an individual right?
Barrett may well be a trojan horse-- I've raised my immigration concerns and who knows where else she'll go off the rails?
As long as we have an approval system where specific points of law are off-limits in the job interview, we'll always be forced to choose a pig in a poke. Hence Burger, Souter, Roberts...
