And a New York courts just let him out two-and-a-half weeks ago on two "illegal" (sorry, "undocumented"!) handguns and other charges? Let's see-- at 18, he could make bail and afford a BMW. Yep, sounds like one of the "underserved" and "disenfranchised" to me.
