While they're about it its past time someone did something about legitimizing or reversing the naked power grab buried in Marbury v Madison.
No place in the Constitution does it grant SCOTUS the power to decide what is constitutional and what isn't. They just decided on their own that they would. And no one has called them on it since 1803. If it is a good idea, legitimize it. If it is a bad idea, then tell them the game is over.
The CONgress will pass such an amendment and send it to the states.
At that point acceptance is, IMO, a tossup. Of course the time bar (7 years?) for affirmation by the states will be expanded.
Aren't these clowns still playing with extending the time bar for the Equal Rights Amendment?
