Smells like a setup to me. Especially with an ex-dating partner involved in testifying against him.
It does kind of illustrate why the grabbers are so hopped-up over the "boyfriend loophole."
I wonder if the suspect's attorney will be able to have the evidence that was found thrown out as inadmissible?
