This article, about $1500, (less than a Defense Distributed) "Ghost Gunner mill) and a bit of tinkering will give the garage machinist the ability to make an AR-15 lower out of a "20% forged lower", or a 0% billet of raw aluminum for that matter.
And the "Ghost Gunner" only does 80% lowers.
I think BATFE is busy pushing s**t against the tide as one of my sailor friends used to say.
