I haven't been following this case, so am I out of line to wonder how many of the "neighbors" who have their panties in a wad with noise complaints developed and/or moved in knowing full-well the club was there?

They did that in S. Florida. moved near the airport because housing was less and then complained about the noise and basically eliminated the local air shows.
