The thing is, he's not bad on guns.

Ah, my bad. Fixed, thanks, it goes to his page where he says "Health care is a human right." That's consistent with the UN Declaration of Human Rights, not with the Bill of Rights, the former attributing rights to what government grants. No one may legitimately stop you from obtaining it but no one can legitimately be required to provide their services to others through coercion.
