It should include foreign nationals admitted legally, too. Assuming the government is rigorous over who it lets in. It will be, won't it?
As for foreign invaders here in deliberate violation of our laws, disarming criminals is something they brought on themselves in order to be stopped and removed from society. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to arrest and detain and then deport them.
That's what the government plans to do with them, right?

Hi-falutin' arguments, but Lautenberg puts a crimp in them. If American citizens can be disqualified for committing "domestic" misdemeanors, illegals can be disqualified for violating immigration laws.
