I say Staples instead of Haynes because I want to give credit to Thomas.
You aren't required to be Mirandized until you are arrested. Anything you volunteer to government agents beforehand is... voluntary. But there are special rules for kids, who have a right to have a parent or legal representative present.
Its anonymous. But there are also questions there about illegal drug use and underage alcohol. All admitting to crimes if it can be tied back to the student.
