The Wrong Questions

 Tampa terrorism case raises questions of surveillance, searches, mental illness [More]

Too true...

As is this.

The main questions this raises for me are how much less expensive and risky everything would be if the government really was rigorous where it counts the most, and why the bosses directing resource expenditures have been shifting them away from this to those they now smear as "greatest threats".
