That's swell, professor. But we need to be more concerned about the changing VOTES of these new gun owners.
Many don't seem to realize this is crying out for some perspective. I may just cobble something together over the weekend to submit to AmmoLand next week.

I'd be more than happy to see these "new gun voters" stay with the D party but start pushing the Leftists, Communists, and Progressives out of leadership and/or influential positions. If they took us, not back, but forward, to a day when we would have two major parties that were, if not pro RKBA, at least neutral on the subject, we'd all be in a lot better shape, not just on RKBA, but on a host of other topics that the Progressives have way too much influence over in today's governments.
It's not like the R party has been doing us any favors. Having them crow about being less hostile to RKBA than the other guys doesn't exactly inspire me to great heights of party loyalty.
