UPDATE-- That and there are mitigating circumstances:
During his arraignment Tuesday, attorney Rob Eggert entered a not guilty plea on Brown's behalf, requested a bond decrease and urged the court to recognize Brown's mental state.
It's just his neurosis that oughta be coibed.
He's psychologically distoibed!

UPDATE:
Community organization to bail Quintez Brown out of jail, plans to find him mental health resources
An organizer with Black Lives Matter Louisville said the team plans to have mental health resources for Quintez Brown to use after they bail him out.
So he can be trusted without a custodian so soon?

Of course it was!

And before that it was Bush the Younger's fault.

Before that it was Bush the Elder's fault.

And before him it was Reagan's fault.

In fact, I think you'd have to go all the way back to JFK or maybe Truman before you would find a Democrat who would man up and accept responsibility for what happened on their watch.

But that was a different time, with very very different Democrats.
