Why didn't he do that years ago out of loyalty and gratitude?
That he instead views this as a PR bargaining chip advantageous to his ambitions, and that he rejects and subverts the freedoms that made this the place his family immigrated to tells us all we need to know about this narcissistic, citizen disarmament-advocating fraud.
Some of us would prefer he renounced his U.S.citizenship.

The citizenship oath is clearly written, so how do these special peeps retain 'dual' citizenship?
What's the over-under that if he wins, he quietly reneges on that campaign promise, and we have a Turkish citizen in the United States Senate?
Something tells me that's precisely the precedent the Democrats are going for.
