Deterrence Dispensed says it's “100% DIY, [with] zero regulated parts, buildable anywhere by anyone.” [More]
The parts may not be regulated but I'm not sure I'd want to spread the word I put together a final build on an NFA destructive device without first paying the $200 making tax, filing an ATF Form 1 in triplicate with fingerprint cards, and getting it back approved beforehand.
Am I wrong?

The ATF is too busy turning gimmick triggers into machine guns to worry about 3D printed recoilless rifles.
