It appears that the BATFE, regarding firearms enforcement, concentrates on attacking legitimate dealers (FFL’s), and acting against the constitutional rights of the law abiding, all the while ignoring criminals. How come? For instance, how many cases has the agency brought against individuals with felony convictions who were found to be in possession of firearms?
