The Great Grewal Screw-All

According to the complaint, on Saturday, February 3 the CodeIsFreeSpeech.com website’s act of republishing some of Defense Distributed’s digital firearms information “was met with yet another of Grewal’s Orwellian take-down orders,” demanding that Cloudflare “delete all files described within 24 hours or [Grewal’s Office] will be forced to press charges.” [More]
This sounds like an "I'm Spartacus"/Streisand Effect opportunity for all to join in.

Grewal and Unusual Punishment

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied a petition for certiorari from New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal in his effort to escape the jurisdiction of the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in the ongoing First Amendment case brought by Defense Distributed and the Second Amendment Foundation. [More]

And I was so looking forward to him dictating to us what was acceptable to him...

Forbidden Knowledge

Defense Distributed and the Second Amendment Foundation have moved for an interim injunction pending appeal by New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal in the continuing challenge of Grewal’s censorship relating to the publication of information about 3D gun production. [More]

I dunno-- I've always dreamed of a country where someone steeped in another culture could tell me what he would allow me to say.

Down the Garden State Path

The New Jersey woman who helped organize and film a protest in the state capitol of Trenton against Governor Phil Murphy's stay-at-home orders was charged by the state police with violating the emergency decrees. The information comes to us via a press release from the state's attorney general, Gurbir S. Grewal and Colonel Patrick J. Callahan, Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police. [More]
Grabber Grewal and his "essential" attack hog certainly make quite the authoritarian tag team, do they not?

When you're empowered to enforce Murphy's Law, you can get away with anything.

Most conditioned constituents will agree and continue to vote for their oppressors.

A Right Denied

The Supreme Court declined on Monday to take up several cases regarding the scope of the Second Amendment. Despite a low hurdle for the right-leaning Supreme Court, the justices turned down petitions from 10 challenges to state laws established to limit the availability and accessibility of some firearms and when they can be carried in public.[More]
Here's the order list including CERTIORARI DENIED for:
If they won't hear these cases, what chance is there to hear one dealing with the core purpose of the Second Amendment?

Might I also suggest judicial foot-dragging in anticipation of November election results and a change in the selection criteria for new justices?

UPDATE:

Alan Gottlieb says “The Supreme Court’s refusal to take a Second Amendment Foundation case falls squarely at the feet of Chief Justice John Roberts."

Some of us have questioned his appointment since Day One.

A New Nest to Foul

Grewal is attacking the right to buy gun parts and to learn how to make guns. He is attacking both the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, and the First Amendment right to freedom of the press and free speech.  [More]
His parents were immigrants, which leads to the question of why people escape their lot in foreign lands, come here, and then try to duplicate the "monopoly of violence" conditions they escaped.

It also makes fair to challenge all those cheap labor "Republicans" on how it "secure[s] the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity" by bringing in "legal immigrants" whose beliefs are antithetical to the Bill of Rights -- especially when all credible evidence shows that plays into the hands of those who would rule.

We're the Only Ones Trusted Enough

Murphy's ‘Sanctuary State’ rules now in effect for NJ cops [More]
But don't worry-- the protections only apply to illegal foreign invaders. The statist pitbull in the jackboot suit and his colleagues still have Grubit Grewal's full sanction to abuse the liberties of citizens, especially the "law-abiding" kind.

Why does the phrase "consent of the governed" come to mind?

Enemy Foreign and Domestic

Attorney General Gurbir Grewal, sent a letter to all the sheriffs in New Jersey, informing them that his office will take legal action against any sheriff that works with ICE.  [More]
Ol' Gurb seems to have a problem with all sorts of American values...
