Even by tough, urban-crime standards it was a grisly attack: Up to 15 people chased a man, then kicked and beat him to death on the street. Before police arrived, one attacker urinated on the victim's head.Y'know what Cleveland needs to stop the madness?

And not one honest person had a proper battle rifle to take these assailants out. Sad. Of course, said person would have to make sre it was well hidden after the fact.
The answer to the question "Why would anyone need a semi-auto rifle and a 30-round magazine?"
I see Illinois is hot to ban both.

Uhhhmmm Defender, last I checked Cleveland was located in Ohio. Not that Ohio is an RKBA mecca, but it's not yet as bad as Illinois.
