EVERY person (including EVERY government official) who, under color of law, deprives any Citizen of Rights, Privileges, or Immunities secured by the United States Constitution is subject to cifil and/or criminal penalties pursuant to Title 42, UNITED STATES CODE, Section 1983, 1985, and 1986 and/or Title 18, UNITED STATES CODE, Section 241 and 242. Penalties include up to $10,000 fine and/or 10 years in prison, or both, and up to life imprisonment if death results.

Of course I'm sure that doesn't apply to "only ones".

"Attorney General Gonzales"

Did he slip under the fence and get back into the halls of the DOJ?

Gee, even Caesar wasn't Caesar for life...

"The BATFE was aware of this recall, but refused to enter the information into evidence during Mr. Olofson's trial citing tax privacy. It has since been determined that the recall documentation (which would have helped to exonerate Olofson) did not contain any sensitive tax information."

Gee, thanks for keeping my Social Security number confidential, but next time don't do me any favors.
Just when you think there's some hope for rehabilitation and humanization, you read something like that. It is so nonsensical, so ... Kafkaesque.

Good catch, Avg Joe--I glossed right over that.
