BATFU's Craig W. Roegner: "'Some Knucklehead"

Kilpatrick was driving her blue van in Pensacola on April 19, 2004, with the slogans “Remember the Children of Waco” and “Boo ATF” written on some of the windows when she was pulled over by police for questioning by the ATF.
Unbelievable. And unAmerican.

Make sure you read the Order on Summary Judgment and listen to the 911 call.

"Remember Waco" rises to the level of a dragnet, with the attendant deployment of "Only One" resources? And seeing as how this was no emergency, how was it not a criminal abuse of the 911 system?

Gee, since he's involved in a court case, I wonder if referring to BATFU's "some knucklehead" Craig W. Roegner will result in an actual Marshal Dave response now that I've been warned?

What cowards these creatures are. What brownshirts.

Uh-oh, I'd better remove the 'CONgress, you're fired' signs on my truck...NOT!

The thought of the ACLU and the ATF wasting their resources on each other does make me smile . :)

Heh.

They're at three of ten.

Here's to hoping these ATF idiots get charged with one of the federal civil rights crimes.

Whatever your opinion of the ACLU may be, they are on the right side here. I will write and thank them for taking this case. I appreciate it when they defend unpopular rights.

I don't think so David. Considering what perversions of mankind these tyrannical sonsofbitches are, "knucklehead" is an upgrade. You may receive a thank you note for the promotion.

Did anyone notice how the dispatcher led Roegner to say it was and "officer safety" issue, else they would not have any cover at all to do what they did. Her ass may be covered, but Roegner's
is hanging way out there. I hope he gets it cut off.

Perhaps the ACLU will come to understand why the first can't stand without the protection of the second. All of these armed people chasing one woman who merely expressed an opinion. Since there was no basis for a stop, they committed kidnap, not detention. Since there was no basis for a search they committed burglary, even if they took nothing.

However, I have no doubt a sympathetic judge will fix the trial in favor of the jack-booted thugs.

When that happens we may start to see a slow dawning of truth amongst some of the ACLU attorneys. One can hope that they aren't all terminally wedded to the current stupid philosophy of a helpless citizenry being able to exercise their rights.

Anyone else catch the "are we being recorded" comment when he mentioned the FBI?
Way to cover your ass there Roegner....

I sent letters to two different ACLU addresses praising them for finally acting against the most rogue agency in the US govt. I mentioned that it was about time that they understood that without the 2nd Amdt there will be no 1st Amdt.

Agpilot, please post the email addy's you used and I will send them my comment above.

I apologize to everyone for asking for so much work on the part of others for research purposes. But at the moment I am nearly blind and I read about as much as I can endure during a day. No, I don't need sympathy, I need cataract surgery which I will soon be getting. Not a serious problem, but damned inconvenient.

A note to Sebastian, if he still reads here. At one time, due to his total ignorance of the principles involved, I had asked him if he had ever fought for his life. He never answered. The cataract that has progressed beyond useful ocular occupation is the result of one of those episodes for me. The other is just normal for a sonofabitch three days older than dirt, and I qualify on all counts.

thanks to Kent here is what I sent, titled: Interrelations of rights:

Let's hope they understand.

Bear with me and read this then follow the links in the item, we actually may not be as far apart as the ACLU likes to believe we are.

You might also want to follow the links. We second amendment advocates aren't just about gun rights. we are about all rights. We just recognize that a helpless citizenry cannot exercise any of them.
