good that he is ousted. Walking Emotional Problems certainly should not dictate to others how to live, nor live off their dime.
except... there's no real actual victim. so there's also no real actual crime, here.
wouldn't it be cheaper to arm even a small percentage of our 14 year olds, rather than to pay collectively for UCs to sit around and do nothing 95% of the time?
