I wonder if the government lawyers didn't file sooner to give the guy an out.
This is yet more proof that the system we have is broken because its nothing but a scam on the people. Our government today is nothing sort of a welfare racket (pun intended) to feed parasites who in turn feel we the people who pay the taxes to feed them are idiots and they have zero respect for us. What a deal.
