We're the Only Ones Unconvicted Enough

An appeals court on Thursday overturned the conviction of a former Atlanta police officer sentenced to prison for lying to FBI agents about the killing of a 92-year-old woman during a botched drug raid. [More]
Too bad the lying scum "Only One" and the judge can't reverse Kathryn Johnston's murder.

The parasites do not see themselves as one of us, the citizens who pay the bills. They see us as subjects and can do whatever the hell they want to us because they control the power over us. This is nothing more but a case in point to prove what I just said.

The article makes it sound as though the Only One in question had the conviction of one charge overturned, but remains convicted of charges covered by 18 USC 242 (or 241).

"Tesler, who did not fire a shot, faces sentencing next month after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to violate civil rights resulting in death."

IIRC, that can even carry a death sentence.

yet, the ends don't justify the means. he was convicted of lying to a federal agent.

"... the Georgia Court of Appeals said Fulton County prosecutors failed to prove where the lying took place."

when has this ever been used to overturn such a conviction?

what is the relevance?

They better hope that doesn't boomerang on them.
