That's not in the text they reproduced. Nor in the earlier alert.

It changes the whole meaning, and gives credibility to the argument that we're a co-partner in the problem.

It's "in Mexico along the southwest U.S. border."

Ain't no "and."

Let's not let carelessness make our enemies' job easier for them.
