IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Fincher pay into the United States Treasury the sum of $8,357.55 as reimbursement for legal services provided to him by attorneys appointed under the Court's Criminal Justice Act Plan.See, we can't just crush you under our boot. We have to grind the heel, too.
IT IS SO ORDERED, this 26th day of February, 2009.

you could cast a lot of bullets with that kind of money.
Can't help but conjure up images of old Westerns where the good guys raid the jailhouse, freeing their wronged compatriot while ushering the crooked marshall into the cell.
wow, with this kind of justice system, why should anyone bother trying to work within it?
hendren is a traitor. We all know that, and he knows we know because I told him.
But, early on there were some rumors that certain people had their eyes locked on some Fincher property, which he wouldn't sell. Gee, do you think it might be possible for a treasonous judge to have sold himself again to newer masters? You know, making it more likely that Fincher may need to divest himself of any property he can at whatever price he can to pay for the railroad job Hendren did on him?
I think it entirely likely. After all, we know Jimm Larry is traitorous scum who can be bought. We saw him get bought, and it took less than 24 hours. So why wouldn't he still be selling himself. Very few whores stop after just one trick, I don't think Jimm Larry will be an exception.
Were I Wayne Fu=incher, I would no longer trust the judicial system, but consider myself an enemy of the state.
"If I were Wayne FINCHER"
Good grief!
Watch them force him to pay for his jail stay on top of it.
Patrick Henry would be familiar with the concept of debtor's prison and the long train of abuses.
The Chinese government charges families for the bullets used to execute their dissident relatives.
A politician is a politician, in any hemisphere.
I hope I live long enough to see some debts repaid. I don't mean the punitive, fictional one lodged against Fincher.
The judicial system has given up the pretense of justice. We should give up the pretense of compliance.
