(Also, it seems uncharacteristic for this mindset not to have reveled a bit more in the bloodbath they insist must happen every time such an event occurs. Not a shot or drop of blood anywhere, yet guns all around.)

And notice, finally, what they suggest the obvious subject (!) should do to mitigate her risk:

Stay away. Cower in your home.

About the only thing left to do is to hang an "occupants unarmed" sign at the front door.

Heh! Yeah, it was meant to slander gun owners, but ya gotta admit, it was funny! And yes, everyone assessed the situation properly before they pulled the trigger.
