Sounds like what's going on in Keene, New Hampshire, They've just jailed a third for the "crime" of video taping in public.
It appears to be time for mass gatherings of photographers in public places to discuss various techniques of holding cameras steady while being harrassed. Invite the kind reporters of "TMZ" along, too. They have expertise in photographing people who object to being photographed.
