Wow, that's just sinister. With all the stuff I read about the country formerly known as Great Britain, I don't know if I would ever visit it or any part of the UK. I might visit this website and get grabbed in the middle of the night and rendered to some 3rd world country for interrogation to see if I have the audacity to think or speak. Really sad to hear this kind of stuff. I hope Phil is freed and is able to sue and make heads roll or at least take a hit to their wallets.
