While I have a tough time buying into the contention of the gun-grabbing Seattle PD that the new use of force policy violates their 2A, the judge's "rationale," that we have a right to keep and bear arms, but just not to use them, defies any benchmark for sanity. [More]
Funny, though, how these guys turn to the Constitution when it suits their purposes.
Still, it does highlight a point more in government need to realize -- it just doesn't "protect" us from them...
