Federal court in Idaho strikes down ban on possessing guns for self-defense on Army Corps of Engineers property [More]Really? It's their property?
I've been meaning to put some time into this story, along with taking a look at how the CoE at times stands the supposed subordination of the military to civil authority on its head. Based on juggled balls already in the air, that'll have to come another day.
