You know, aside from treating some of us like domestic extremist threats...
One thing: If I had a newspaper, with reporters, and resources and everything, I'd consider it in the public interest to name some names besides the victim.
Who ordered the raid? Who participated in it? Who sought the warrant? Which judge signed it? Were other agencies involved? Who, by name, and what role did each play?
Then I'd go on to other details, like why was DHS involved with this? What else do they have their fingers in that bears no relation to their chartered mission?
Did the Royals try to resolve this without having the goons sent in? You know, have someone just call the lady up and explain why if they let one person use their logo, it opens the door to losing control? Maybe thank her for cooperating and send her a ball cap, or else follow it up with a cease and desist letter from corporate lawyers if she sounded resistant?
What the hell is this show of force over this? What the hell has become of this country, when that's the official response and most people just shrug and move along?
That is, unless there's more to this story. I can't tell from the linked piece.
