The new Finnish proposal for the national implementation of Firearms Directive was published a while ago and the 200 page proposal included changes to multiple laws including firearms law and law regarding voluntary national defense. [More]I haven't read it but I did try to run the URL through Google Translate. It looks like a start but it's a far cry from complete. I won't have time to do more and besides, that's on them.
