That must be what they mean by fully automatic firearm, right?

It goes into "bang-bang" mode automatically without human intervention. So why does it have to carry a man strapped to it when it's out patrolling?

Oh! I guess the patrol car isn't an automatic, somebody has to push the little feety thingies.
