A PFA order is not a quick fix for everyone. It is a tool and just like a hammer or wrench...So is a gun, Beata. Try using your tool to repel an attack.
Why does "Peck Little" evoke images of a witless clucking hen?

Beata Peck Little says: "We do not want victims who hear this commercial to think that a legal process is not a viable option."
Victim of domestic violence goes to court and gets a restraining order. Assailant decides to hunt down victim. Assailant is breaking down the door.
What kind of viability does the "legal process" have now, Beata Peck Little? Will pepper spray, 9-1-1, or a piece of paper be a viable defense?
Congratulations, Beata Peck Little. Your attempt to keep victims AS VICTIMS has been successful.
We should all call the station as she suggests, but to praise them for running the ads. Give them an attaboy! J.B. Books
Yeah, those paper cuts are deadly...
Ms. Little is doing her best to protect - her budget. She depends on - she NEEDS - victims in order to continue and expand her 'department of womens' services'.
