Patrick Lynch is not a deformity. He is just your typical coward. He has all the tactical advantage and it isn't enough. Did anybody notice that he justified cops using HP bullets, but did not seem to care if the bad guys whom they can't stop from shooting people in gun free NYC, gunned down multiple people with through and throughs and ricochets?
This is not a man, he is just a cop, and definitely not a good one. Thug for hire, muscle for the master. Scared muscle, he is no better than a Mafia leg breaker. In fact, I find him morally inferior. But that's just me, I don't mentally endow subhuman species with human attributes.

Where do we start...well, first I'd have to say apathy. Second, corrupt people in 'supposed power'.
And third, would have to be lethargy.
Can say it, because I'm guilty of it myself.
This is an easy target:
It's part of the agenda. Ban FMJ because they can be classed as "armor piercing" in certain cases. Ban Hollow points because they are "more dangerous". Ban Soft lead because they are almost as "dangerous" as hollow points. Ban fragmentation style ammo because it doesn't leave a traceable bullet as evidence. In other words, ban all ammo for one reason or another, the end result: a de-facto gun ban.
This is the same type of tactic used by gun banners on guns themselves. Can't have small guns because they are too easy to conceal and are "saturday night specials". Can't have big guns because they are too dangerous and powerful, can't have handguns because they are the "preferred weapon of criminals", can't have rifles because they are "sniper weapons" and the "preferred weapon of terrorists". It will never end unless all types of ammo and all types of guns are banned.
