Hey Lyda - ask officer Harrison about his thoughts on the subject.
In Lyda's case, I suspect stupid is genetic.
I'll bet the bank she's also a future candidate for dhimmitude.

Well, no, Lyda, the public may not be safer. But a bunch of individuals are.
