A transient armed with two guns opened fire inside a Denny's restaurant during lunch hour Wednesday, killing two men and wounding a husband and wife before taking his own life, police said.
People fled in panic or hid in the bathroom.
Being a transient living in his car, it is highly unlikely the perpetrator was in compliance with California's "may issue if we feel like it" carrying permit laws. Still, "gun control" advocates should take heart that this happened in a Brady Campaign "A-" rated state, meaning the attacker could rely on the probability that none of the "law-abiding" customers or employees would have the capability to return fire.
Perhaps once the microstamping and personalized handgun edicts are passed, and California brings that grade up to an "A+", tragedies like this will cease once and for all.

Did you see there was another Denny's-related shooting in Ontario, CA this morning?
I wonder if the Brady's will downgrade us to B+ for "allowing" gang members to carry guns...personally, I'd take the "F" and like it if it meant looser restrictions to protect against this stuff.
It is beyond sick, that these murderous rampages are what it's going to take to awaken people.
The Brady's ulimately will scurry away, like the little rodents that they are. And we won't hear all of their 'crowing' anymore.
That large bodies, (as in corpses), of physical proofs will be necessary. In order to bring about the awakening to reality, is very sad.
The Brady's are lucking there hasn't been a way to charge them with TREASON - YET. Keep that in mind Jim & Sarah, - 'YET'.
Left upto myself, 'YET' would have already passed. And Jim and Sarah would have already received their just punishment(s). There would be NO MERCY from the court, in their cases.

e.david, I fear that your assessment may be wrong. Remember these bloody rampages are what started all this foolishness of being helpless in the presence of monsters.
Abundance of proof does not alter a poorly functioning mind. They came up with the wrong response to previous atrocities not because there wasn't ample historical precedent to guide them, but despite it. They were irrational before, they are still irrational and will, I fear, remain so.
