We're the Only Ones Nurturing Enough...

A jury found a former Minnehaha County jail worker guilty of first-degree rape and sexual contact with a child Wednesday.

Prosecutors said Ramon Garcia, 46, of Sioux Falls, forced a 5-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him last May. Garcia's wife was the child's babysitter but was unavailable one night, and Garcia took her place.
Yeah, I know. Technically a jail worker isn't the same thing. But how could I run across this story and not include it in the ongoing saga...?

Sounds like Ramon needs tossed in with the 'big boys' in cell-block 'D'. Put a dress on Ramon before he gets tossed in.

David, no, my friend--threats of assaults and rapes when in custody are routinely relied on by corrupt enforcers--it cannot ever be tolerated under color of authority, no matter what the prisoner did. One of us could very well end up in the same situation for refusing to obey an unconstitutional edict and opting to exercise our unalienable Rights.

Right you are, David. I hereby stand corrected.

Funny how someone can look at one thing in a man's life and think they know him. What he did was sick and wrong. But he is in jail "justice" has been served. That child will be haunted for years, and Ramon will have to live with that guilt. But let God have the final judgement. And stop throwing stones.

Anon, why don't you learn what "The Only Ones" series is about before you come in here and start making judgments of your own?
