Professional boxer Andrew Golota plans to come out fighting against weapons charges filed against him this week, his attorney said Friday.I see no indication that he plans to introduce the Second Amendment anywhere in his defense...
The Polish-born Chicago resident plans to plead not guilty, his attorney said, to 12 misdemeanor counts of failing to register a weapon -- a charge for each of the 12 guns that police say were found in his Northwest Side home -- and for possessing a revoked state firearm owner's identification card.
