Since Oct. 17, township police have cited Seruga at least 10 more times for using a gun at his property's firing range within 150 yards of an occupied building. The township ordinance states an exception that someone may discharge a firearm "when done by a landowner upon his land"...He forgot to add "So there."
"It isn't an exception," Cahalan said.
When pressed to explain why, Cahalan would not elaborate. "It just isn't," he said.
