As a man thinketh, so is he.
While I can certainly understand where the officer is coming from. For I, myself, like to see certain women in their underwear. (I could go farther, but I'll stop there. Out of respect for the women that come to this site, and fear of/for my wife/life).
The 'officer' is a SERVANT of those women. And he is attempting to act as a 'master', by use of coercion 'under color of authority'.
Hopefully he is married, and his soon to be ex-wife is going to really give him a lesson.
