Supreme Court Has Nothing to Do

On the Supreme Court'’s color-coded master calendar, which was distributed months before the term began on the first Monday in October, Dec. 6 is marked in red to signify a day when the justices are scheduled to be on the bench, hearing arguments.

The courtroom, however, was empty on Wednesday, and for a simple reason: The court was out of cases. The question is, where have all the cases gone?
If they really have all that free time, I can think of something to fill it.

The question isn't where all the cases have gone--that's "authorized journalist" misdirection, that is, a damnable and transparent lie. The question is, why won't the black-robed cowards do their sworn duty and uphold the Second Amendment's promise that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed--instead of refusing to hear such cases without comment?

Simple, it would destroy their role in the largest criminal conspiracy to ever take place in the history of the world. Their role is to ensure that the big fat whore can continue doing whatever it wants. Instead of keeping the fat whore in check, as was intended. And to limit the chances of facing the wrath of an armed populace.

According to my local rag this morning there is a case before a D.C. judge to address the Second, with hopes of taking the case before the Supreme Court. We'll see, rather soon I believe, if we'll have a future battle to settle the question of our rights once and for all or roll over and show our soft underbellys and give up the fight.

Yes, emitt, that would be the Parker case. We talked about it here several times, but the guy who did a great job of reporting and analysis was Triggerfinger, who has taken his blog down.
