A city police officer was arrested yesterday for the third time since 2004 after failing to appear for his trial on charges of assaulting an ex-girlfriend and carrying a firearm while intoxicated.And naturally, his professional record can't be discussed with the potential victim pool that employs him. After all, he's an "Only One."

sounds more like he should fall under lautenberg and do some time...not to mention having to pay for the last 3 failures to show. God only knows what that cost the people.
