sure, all they have to prove is that he had machine guns. He admits that.
If the court and legal system wasn't a hive of scum and villainy they'd allow him to state WHY he had them. God given and constitutionally recognized rights. Only one or two nails left before the lid on this coffin is nailed down too tight to get out.
the US v Fincher blog's been updated with Mr. Stilley's response.
Something that bothers me in there: (posted this over there) The entitlement to possess arms is granted by the constitution. page 4 of 13 in Mr. Stilley's response.
I'm not a lawyer, so can someone clue me in on that?
Yeah, I'm not a lawyer either, but I can explain: they were working late and he made a mistake.
I wrote him about that the other day, and he admitted it and said he'd fix it if it came up in trial.
couldn't get my comment accepted. It was polite, factual, and short enough
David, look at Stuart Rhoades comment below. Might not hurt to send it to Mr. Stilley.
it's going to the jury NOW, no defense permitted.
yeah, real fair trial
Some of the commentary on the news article is truly disheartening. The only way to overcome ignorance is with the facts. All of us must do our best to educate our fellow citizens as to the TRUTH. The only other alternative is revolution.....
