We're the Only Ones Observing Rule Four Enough

Fort Smith police say the bullet that killed a bystander as police exchanged gunfire with a criminal suspect last month came from an officer's gun. Forty-one-year-old Olivia Stewart was a block away at an apartment complex when she was fatally wounded December 12.
If you don't know what "Rule Four" means, you need to educate yourself right now--without delay. Don't be one of "The Only Ones" remaining in the dark on this.

Do you suppose the officer's home will be raided, he jailed, and remanded for trial without bail unless he signs away all his real property? Do you suppose this proven danger to society will be Mr. Fincher's cellmate in the slam?

And if not, why not? Oh, that's right he's one of the herdsmen.

ALWAYS KNOW YOUR TARGET, THE CHARACTERISTICS OF GUN & AMMO YOU ARE USING, AND WHAT'S BEHIND/BETWEEN AND BEYOND YOUR TARGET.

"A prosecutor and an internal investigation have cleared the two officers and they have returned to work."

But of course. No wrong doing there. Just turn them loose again on the unsuspecting public.

And the gubmint is making it illegal in more and more places for us "other ones" to obtain and wear body armor.

BTW - isn't expecting "the only ones" to learn and abide by four basic gun safety rules expecting a little too much?
