Absolutely, HH! Courts have repeatedly ruled that cops can lie to citizens with impunity, but citizens lying to cops are guilty of felonies.
I used to live in Omaha. I can state without fear of truthful disagreement that Omaha,Ne. has the worst Police Dept. I have ever seen. And I have seen most of them. Including the two most violent in the nation, and the one most murderous.
And Omaha PD is still the worst.
BTW, just for info purposes, Carteer Lake is in Iowa. It is on the Omaha side of the river, with Omaha surrounding it on 3 sides the Missouri River on its east side. It is a tiny little pocket of Iowa left there when the river changed channels.
Epley Airfield, Omaha, Ne. is best accessed through it, except from the extreme northside..
No point to this,except to note that even though this idiot is an idiot he didn't let lack of jurisdiction stop him from coming to the aid of those kids. Too bad he couldn't maintain propiety.
