"Let's Get the Record Straight"

Mitt Romney supports the strict enforcement of gun laws. He is a supporter of the federal assault weapons ban. Mitt also believes in the rights of those who hunt to responsibly own and use firearms.

Compare that to his "position" today:

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney conceded he had signed legislation banning assault weapons but said, “Let's get the record straight.” He said he is a supporter of the rights of gun owners under the Second Amendment.

Frequent WarOnGuns contributor 1894C says "I'm raising the BS flag on that one!"

As well he should.
