Police charged a 24-year-old city man with illegal weapons possession after he posted photos of himself with the gun on his myspace.com Web page and detectives determined he had no permit for the weapon...I haven't been able to locate the page and picture in question, but I'm curious--if the picture was taken inside, how would the police be able to determine it was taken in New York?
